Reset them to automatic after you’ve upgraded to 7.x.
If you’ve already rebooted and cannot seem to get back into Windows to install the new release, please boot into the safe mode and shut down, set to manual or disable APCPBEAgent and APCPBEServer services. Please download the latest version of PowerChute Business Edition 7.0.4 to resolve this problem on a newer edition of Windows.
